The trip is quite short and schedule is very tight but we have enjoyed this trip. Specially, the car is new and comfortable, my friend called “sleeping car” because the driver drove very well and they feel sleepy when sit on that car.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Bali,and being our first time we were a bit vague as what to expect.

Fortunately we has Nick as our tour guide. He is very professional ,patient, polite, punctual and sincere. Most importantly he speaks very good English and has a wide knowledge of his job.

We were so pleased to have Nick as our guide during our recent trip to Bali. We were very impressed by his rich and extensive knowledge of Bali and its history and culture. His good command of the English language also made it so easy and enjoyable for us to understand and appreciate the richness of the Balinese culture.

He went beyond what is expected of a guide as demonstrated by his kindness and thoughtfulness; as an example he made sure that cold bottled water and wet towels were regularly provided to us during the tours. We are also grateful for his helpfulness whenever we have a query about the costs of simple items such as taxi fares which incidentally he was very spot on with his fare estimations! That helped to make us feel comfortable and confident of not being ripped off.

We have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone because of his professionalism, honesty, friendliness and punctuality in his service delivery. Thank you again Nick for your sense of humour, and your willingness and ability to accommodate the numerous requests we made to you, and we look forward to have you as a guide again upon our return to Bali.
